We understand that occasionally an item may not meet your expectations, and a return or exchange may be necessary. Fear not, as long as the item(s) are still in their original condition, you may return them within a 30 day period.

If you have not yet made an account, we recommend to do so for easy returns and discounts. Sign up, get a code from your email and then enter it to create your free account. 

How do I get the first time code?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Once logged into your account.

  1. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  2. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  4. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

After you login you can follow the self serve return options to get a return label. Once we receive the merchandise we will issue a refund. 

Please take a moment to read below for any exceptions to this rule below.

If an item is marked as 'Clearance Sale', it is non-returnable.

Please be aware that swimwear and underwear may only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and unbroken.

Socks, on the other hand, may be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

To ensure a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn and unused in the same condition as when you received them, with their original packaging. Please note, any items returned to us that are damaged, worn, or unsuitable will not be eligible for a refund.

Do remember, we thoroughly inspect all items upon their return.

It's important to note that returns registered separately cannot be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Please package returns separately to avoid a delay in the refund process.

Lastly, please remember to retain proof of return postage receipts, as we may need to view them as part of your return.
